To choose a different app icon, tap "App Icon" on the settings screen.
In rare cases, the new app icon is not applied properly.
If this happens, turn your device off completely, restart it, and try changing the app icon again.
That resolves it.
This is an iOS glitch, and restarting the device usually fixes it.
