This app cannot identify individuals in any way. However, it uses an advertising system that optimizes ads based on your device information, so you may see ads targeted at you. This happens not only in this app but in other apps as well. If you would like to avoid this kind of ad delivery as much as possible, open the standard "Settings" app on your iPhone or iPad, tap "Privacy & Security", tap "Tracking", and turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
